Community Tasting Note

April 3, 2019 - I may have to do a second note on the next bottle, as this one has been open a few days in the fridge before I'm attempting to actually mindfully drink it, but here's where we are now anyway. Straw yellow color. Clean and a bit tight nose of wet slate, minerals, lemon, and maybe a little waxy yellow fruit. Medium (+) body and acid, medium finish, and flavors of lemon, apple, pear, a little pineapple, and lingering minerality. I feel like it showed a little RS on the pop, but it's not right now, so I'll have to confirm or deny next time. Pretty good for seafood and lighter fare and porch quaffing as today. 87-88

Edit: another bottle on 5/31/19 and can confirm the previous notes. Spot on actually.
