  April 3, 2019 - Good clarity, translucent, and dense ruby color. Nose is sassafrass, cherry, and earthy notes. Tastes are cherry, earth, sassafrass, light peppery notes, and raspberry. The finish is dry and fruity with a nice acidic tinge.
