  April 14, 2019 - Still youthful in colour but beginning to show some pleasing development in bottle. Cool, fresh and elegant, with sumptuous black cherry fruit. The oak fully integrated on the nose and evident only in the Bordeaux-like texture of the wine and its impressive structure. Noticeable tannins but smooth and rounded. Very attractive, though a slight whiff of VA was perhaps a warning sign for the future
