  April 16, 2019 - Popped and poured. Aroma of tart plum with black pepper undertones. Rich, subtle flavors of berry fruit. Tart cassis mid palate, sweet boysenberry in the finish. Young, full bodied, mutable, some complexity. Very good now, but should get even better.
