A rich and bold nose of honey comb, candied ginger, dried pineapple, and Bartlett pear that is robust and has a sense of depth that's challenging to put to words. The palate starts with a cut of high acidity that leads into robust tropical fruit notes leading into crisp and bright notes of lime & kiwi before the medium length finish. Outstanding!!
