  April 19, 2019 - Well... clearly I had the first two bottles too early. Opened this last night with a rustic themed steak. Absolutely killer. Blue and black fruit, long finish, more than hint of anise, but super balanced. Oak is way in the background at this point, but the fruit is still in front. Sad to see the last bottle go.
