  April 21, 2019 - Delicious nose that draws you in with luxurious pipe tobacco, mocha, dark berries. On the palate lots of fruit intensity, still a long ways to go. A little sour/sweet (hoisin sauce?) on the finish which necessitates a well thought through food pairing to not enhance the feeling of sweetness. Other than that it’s a beauty. Such a sniffer.
