    April 20, 2019 - My TN are in the line of all TN's below ...

    Started tasting at 12°C, but it needed some more chilling to fully enjoy.
    Quite fatty wine, strangely I get more Semilion than Sauvignon Blanc.
    Bit faint on the nose, especially more chilled.
    In mouth, I got some wax, caramel, salt toffee, lots of lime zeste, high on minerals.
    But overall, I certainly get the oxidation ... one would think the wine if off, however it opens up with time.

    Not sure if I could buy again or order in restaurant ... at these prices, I prefer Les Hauts de Smith Blanc.
