  April 21, 2019 - The older i get the less i like the big in-your-face wines and the more i like wines like this grenache-syrah blend from Gigondas -- subtle fruits balanced with spice and lavender and licorice. Gigondas doesn't get nearly the attention that Chateauneuf du Pape gets, but is producing some incredible wines at good prices.
