  July 29, 2008 - Cork was not saturated thoughout as others experience but was dry and brittle at the top, however the wine was not spoiled. Decanted for about two hours and could have used even more time. Barnyard nose with some fruit holding on the palate. Acidity in balance. Nice experience.
