  April 22, 2019 - Purchased from Fiddlehead at their Wine Ghetto tasting room in August 2018, opened Easter Weekend 2019 at The Fish Gaucho in Paso Robles.
  
  White flowers and citrus on the nose. The wine features a rich, almost oily texture on the palate with notes of lemon, green apple, bright acidity, and medium alcohol. Delicious. Paired well with ahi tuna nachos and yellowtail tacos :)
  
  YES, you read that right...this Sauvignon Blanc is over 10 years old, and is still drinking well. Absolutely astonishing.
