  April 23, 2019 - Perfect Game of Thrones wine. After dinner big, rich and lusty but all in balance with acid, fruit and texture. Still super young but not sure these wines really get much better with age.

  4/24/19, 3:30 PM - BTW I have been drinking just about every Saxum made for many years and while the bottles do change over time - I am not sure they really improve n the sense that they are markedly better than in the year or so after release.
