  April 24, 2019 - An enjoyable sparkling wine, but oddly enough did not scream Riesling to me, and did not show all of the aged complexity one might expect of a wine its age. It did have bright acidity, clean fruit, and some fairly complex oxidative notes....but just not enough "oomph" to really impress. I also have a bottle of the '91 and hope for a bit better showing.
