April 24, 2019 - 3rd day opened. This puppy is still singing and has settled a lot of its tannin and acidity into a more sedate and creamy juice. More sweet prunes than the first night along with a blackberry residue on the finish. Very raisin filled.

This wine likely needs another 3-5 years to fully develop

4/25/19, 6:59 AM - Tom, do yo generally drink 3 day old wines? I would find the prunes and raisin off putting, indicative of a wine that's been open for far too long.....Mark

4/25/19, 12:12 PM - I taste a lot of wines so I often have overnight experiences, and sometimes 3 day to a week experiences. I happen to love the evolution.

The fruit descriptive's were difficult to nail down. Though I wrote Prune & Raisin I found it fine.
