    April 28, 2019 - 14% ABV

    {CORK}

    Slight sediment and cloudy. Colour is Dark cherry red with cherry hue..

    Reductive ripe cherries, plum and cola with Ocean Springs cranberry juice keeping the fruit nicely balanced.. I also picked up some potting soil and rose hip..

    Drank over 2 days... First day it was more fresh/sour and a bit lighter.. The 2nd day the fruit gained more weight and depth and the potting soil became quite prominent.. Enjoyed both days, this can easily go the distance I'd suggest..

    This is special stuff, must bye more Farr wines...

    great note, thanks for that...did you just pop and pour on the first day? Also, did you get any stemmy/stalky notes on the wine?
    cheers, chatters

    Popped it straight from the wine fridge and left it an hour or so to get up to temp..

    I got a bit of stalk but it wasn't over powering like I've had on the lesser Farr Rising labels, which after a few years I've also found tended to settle.

    Let us know when you review it, this average everyday blogger would be keen to see what you think.. Some opinions seam to be this is a little to concentrated, which I got a slight glimps of day 2..

    Cheers Parko
