May 4, 2019 - Pale yellow colour, has small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells ethereally of eucalyptus, has a tiny dash of residual sugar, so is not bone dry, medium body, not much acidity, in the mouth gooseberry, in the aftertaste gooseberry and acidity, good length /15 sec), since it’s the 2018 vintage, this surely was bottled very recently, it has all the parts to become a good Riesling, but needs some more time in my opinion to get everything together harmoniously, perhaps wait another 6 months or a year before you open a bottle.
