  May 15, 2019 - The 2015 Vacqueyras is disjointed and rough around the edges. The nose is made up of off-putting wet dog hair aromas, dry tobacco, earth, and subtle red fruit aromas. The palate is lacking in proportion with grippy tannins and acidity taking center stage and fruit that's hardly discernible. I will try to get my hands on another bottle to determine whether this bottle was the exception vs. the rule!
