May 17, 2019 - A pale lemon , with a nose of honeysuckle and light flintiness, green pepper , herbiness, lemon grass, and candied lemon. There is a drying acidity balanced by the creamy texture. There are flavours of grapefruit and papaya leading into a finish of creamy lemon, and lemon meringue pie. A lovely food-worthy Marlborough SB showing the benefits of a little bottle age. No hurry to drink up.
