  May 18, 2019 - Opened and decanted for 2 hours.
  
  A darker Pinot with good clarity. The nose is giving up red berry, some clove and oak imparted spice.
  
  On the palate this vintage is spot on and drinking well and this young age. This is not a hold for 10 years wine but a few more years in the cellar will only improve this 2016 vintage.
  
  Paired with rosemary stuffed pork tenderloin and it was perfect. The balanced acids and alcohol met the pork and Rosemary filling with balance and flavor explosion!
