May 17, 2019 - HDH Celebration of Burgundy Dinner (Everest): Incredibly primary, rich and forward. Serious amounts of Vosne spice layered into sexy, plump black cherry fruit. Toasty. Great power and density. This is really, really long on the palate. Site and producer working in harmony here.
