  November 7, 2015 - A part of what I think has been the greatest horizontal trio of related wines I ever tasted together; the 1997 Sorì San Lorenzo, Costa Russi and the Sorì Tildìn. Part of our dinner series with Heinz. Opened and decanted for about 3 hours. More on the tar side than rose; full bodied and complex; yet balanced and long.
