  August 3, 2008 - Drank over two nights -- better the second night (even though I decanted for ~1hour on the first night).
  
  First night: quite a bit of heat on the nose and initial taste. Neither overly acidic nor fruity; mild tannins.
  
  Second night: mellowed out on the heat, and firmer flavors, though I found it lacking in fruit. Almost like it had been watered down (though it was not watery).
  
  Overvall: smooth, very drinkable, but nothing remarkable.
