  May 27, 2019 - Lucky enough to find my way into an obscure cellar of a serious collector who wasn't into trophy wines. Perfect fill, perfect cork. Tannins still barely present but this wine has another 5-10 years of development. Popped at 4pm and the wine needed serious air. I was slightly worried the wine was done but decanted it and gave it time. So glad I did, this wine has luxurious red fruit, reminding me of cherry candy! Secondary flavors of Black pepper, and roasted carrots. What a wine!!! too bad that it so hard to find.
