May 28, 2019 - PnP. Upon opening and first 30 minutes this was a 100 pt wine. Sexy nose (everything you want in an aged clared). On the palate, everything in balance, smooth. However, after 45 min or so it started to fade every so slightly, thus the 97 pts.
