June 4, 2019 - Earthy, herbaceous, deeply funky and mushroomy, with borderline prune notes creeping in. Very ripe on the palate with soft tannins and a borderline sur maturite quality. The least austere D'Angerville I've had to date, but it's not to the wine's benefit.
