  June 6, 2019 - Brownish-red color with soft edges. Interesting nose, overripe berries and spices. Fine light red fruit and a nice acidity on the palate, some sweet caramel and cinnamon too. Needs a few minutes to open up and after that the drinking window is very short. After 30 minutes it began to loose intensity and became more mushy.
  Excellent bottle this time - had a different bottle last time (88/100). Definitely at the far end of its drinking window but interesting to try and see how fast this changes its taste.
