June 7, 2019 - Pink with orange glints. Nose is fresh, fruity, with notes of wild strawberries, red currants, garrigue, roses and some nutty hints. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, fresh, with pungent acidity and notes of wild strawberries, red currants, blood oranges, garrigue, dried roses, a touch of hazel nuts and a minerality that leads to a long, fresh finish. A truly great and serious style of rosé, which will probably drink well for some 5-7 years more.

Aged for a year sous voile in 5000 liters foudres.
