  June 10, 2019 - As far as modestly priced millemisé champagnes go, this is excellent and ready and good to go. Lovely pear and quince notes with very fine bubbles with a slight nutty and buttery finish. I would have preferred more crisp acidity but again it’s a 2007 and don’t think it will gain that much in complexity but will definitely last quite some time.
