  June 19, 2019 - Another gem from a cellar of unsung wines. Cork and fill was perfect. Cloudy ruby chocolate color and clear rim had me worried but the wine was sweet, delicate, and delicious. Nose wasn't great, slightly oxidized orange zest and strawberries, but this barely comes through when sipping. Not a multi-dimensional wine, but fully mature, extremely well made, and with recent vintages available for around $10, I will definitely be cellaring this producer. I imagine this bottle was mind blowing 5 or 6 years ago. Syrah Grenache Carignan Cinsault. 12% alc. Insane QPR here.
