  June 28, 2019 - I'm reluctant to rate this, because I paired it badly. But it is clear that it is very pure; wonderful fruit; a little minerality. I opened it about 2.5 hours prior and decanted about 1.5 hours prior to drinking. Even then it was still evolving. I recommend a decant of several hours to bring out some complexity here. There was beginning to be a very nice minerally finish by the time we finished the bottle. It's very clearly a 90++ wine but I need to give it more air and a better pairing to judge accurately.
