July 1, 2019 - PnP. Medium greenish gold. Classic nose of sea salt, limestone, and citrus. Medium weight on the palate, very clean flavors, and a nice acidic kick on the finish. This is classic Chablis and drinking well at age 11; no signs of pre-mox.
