  July 8, 2019 - I agree with the score from one wine magazine. Dark purple color--likely due to the petit verdot--turning deep red at the rim. On the nose, definite floral notes. More red fruit (black cherry and raspberry) than blue upon tasting. Cedar and menthol frame the long finish--wine clearly was aged in serious oak and benefits from the PV tannins. Almost better on Day 2, suggesting it has at least a few years before hitting its peak. Not sad I bought it.
