  July 14, 2019 - Popped and poured. This is a light ruby wine; it shows the darker side of Pinot, as perhaps reflected best by the tongue-coloring aspect of this wine. The nose is very nice! I get scents of focused cherry, cinnamon, raspberry compote, and some black tea. The mouth is smooth, open, and giving – the flavors are loaded with an assorted range of red fruits. The finish has a nice lingering flavor to it, one with a slightly sweet touch. Overall, this is a classy wine that is nicely done. It is very enjoyable and something that I think will please a broad spectrum of tasters. It also is a relatively good deal for the price. 92.5 points.
