  July 16, 2019 - Medium to deep gold color. Aromas of smoke, roasted nuts, herbs, and saline, with very subtle fruit sitting underneath, maybe a little banana and stone fruit. Full bodied, viscous, and spicy, with medium acid and finish, and flavors of stone fruit, banana, iron, saline, and spice, the fruit being subtle on the palate as well.
