July 17, 2019 - Appearance: pale ruby to garnet, with legs and petillance.
On nose : med+ intensity, subtle of red fruit raspberry, green pepper, significant spiciness, a bit rusty, eucalyptus with oakiness, horse saddle, earthiness. It comes up to the side of territory aroma.
On palate : Full intensity flavour, high acidity, med+ alcohol, full body, not much red fruit but strong eucalyptus with spicinesson mid palate. Tannin is ripe and fine. Mineral and savoury with long finishing.
One can feel that the wine is strong and wide with depth on palate. The wine is developing on every sip of the juice. Drink now or hold it for 5 more yrs.1,141 views
