  July 17, 2019 - Very plush ; velvety pure fruit , really well expressed. Black fruit , brambles and a texture that goes on and on . I am usually quite conservative in my scoring and so I am surprised that no-one has yet fully embraced this wine and scored it highly, as I think it could be one of the best Petit Village vintages ever.
  It is nuanced, typically Pomerol , with perhaps just a touch more fruit (more exuberance) than usual , which if you like that sort of thing may take your score into the mid nineties.
  All in all a very , what is the right word, pleasurable.........bottle of wine. Very nice.
