  December 10, 2018 - (Disgorged in spring of 2009, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay)
  Lovely golden yellow colour with a very fine stream of bubbles lead way for the maturing nose showing butter, minerals and hints of honey and vanilla as well. Very good showing, but of course a bit accelerated in a demi bottle. With time in the glass there’s yellow plums and mint chocolate in a very pleasant way. Palate showing a creamy texture before a distinctive grapefruit peel bitterness take over on the lengthy and intense finish. I find this very pleasing and that it would be perfect on a warm and sunny afternoon. (Best 2017-2033)
