  July 18, 2019 - Fantastic but not exhilarating. Drank BYOB with friends after s splash decant.
  On the doorstep of maturity but still needs 1-2 hours of air before drinking.
  Nose of dark berries, cherry creme de cassis and spice leading to fulsome mouth feel and long finish.
  If a date, this was a 20 year old Nebraska farm beauty in NYC for the 1st time. Beautiful and worth your time but neither worldly nor wise.
  Give her 2-5 more years when she will thrill completely.
