  July 21, 2019 - Lovely wine - lots of balance and structure. Very bright as you would expect form a Semillon, but with lots of complexity. I should have bought more so I could see this evolve over a few years - well I can still do that.

  7/21/19, 4:34 AM - I find 6-8 years goes well with a Hunter Semillon. I had an 03 vintage a couple of weeks ago and it was bright golden and fantastic flavour. I see this one going well.
