  July 21, 2019 - A real tough guy. Powerful, earthy, dry and full of wild herbs and flavors. Reminiscent of a blend of wormwood and Barolo Chinato. Herbal-dark and tart flavor. As a soloist a bit exhausting, it goes well with rich and greasy dishes. The digestive liquor can then be omitted.
