  July 23, 2019 - Golden yellow. Ripe pear and other yellow fruit. Honey, citrus. Slightly oxidative. Very rich on the palate. Pronounced salinity. The felt acidity is less than what is usual for assyrtiko. Very long finish. A unique wine with lots of character that one would not identify as assyrtiko in a blind tasting.
