  July 26, 2019 - This was slightly less enjoyable than at the winery, but still a lovely wine. Still very aromatic with violets, orange pith, and other interesting flavors. Someone wrote about drinking this chilled, which I privately scoffed at. Then put this in the fridge -- the next night, chilled, this was gorgeous. It really brought out the dark fruits and spiciness in a way that was quite complex and refreshing. That may be what I do with my last bottle.
