  July 24, 2019 - Bigger and richer than the Brut Nature wines earlier. The nose is spicy and full with tons of energy. In a good spot. Lots of ginger and spice. Lemon and ginger full but great acid and verve. Energy to burn. Salty finish. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 5-5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17-18/20.
