July 29, 2019 - Following the huge losses to mildew in 2018, Yves Jean has pooled his VV and Garrigues grapes to produce a joyful single cuvée which simply dances off the palate with glorious garrigue notes. Lovely to drink already, sit back and enjoy the smells and tastes of Provençal herbs. Lamb, a tagine, maybe some grilled meats would work well here.
