July 27, 2019 - Floral and fruity nose full of citrus fruit, honey, and lily flowers; acidic and fruity on the palate, citrus fruits, roasted nuts and toasts, yeasts, and wet pebbles; long finish with lasting fine bubbles; overall, 91-92 points at this stage; should evolve further in a few more years; tasted at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London.

11/30/19, 6:32 PM - I'm a big of Moet Vintage and while reading your note I couldn't help notice your reference to Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Is is any good? any tips on what to order?

12/1/19, 1:23 AM - It was good though rather expensive. What surprised me the most was their steak (grilled the best way that I have ever had), and others were good but within my expectations.
