  August 3, 2019 - White gold color. Nose is a terribly disappointing oxidized vanilla. However the palate surprises with perfect balance. In the mouth there is the usual vanilla, flowers, mineral and tropical fruits but delivered with a lightness that moves the whole mix up a notch. Outstanding.
  This was more than brilliant pairing with gas grilled Atlantic lobster tails.
