  August 4, 2019 - Matices cítricos, toques de manzana madura, algún apunte floral, bastante pastelería y toques minerales. En boca tiene buen ataque, buena acidez, volumen medio, bastante frescura, estructura media y notable longitud. Un excelente espumoso pero también con mucho marketing detrás, me quedo con otros espumosos que por precios inferiores te dan también mucho placer...
