  August 4, 2019 - Lovely wine. And my first Dom Huet Vouvray. Also shout out to Coravin - able to drink this puppy over a week and each glass the same quality as the last. I went into this knowing it would be sweet but didn't know the extent - the prof reviews, I think are terrible at this aspect. My answer - sweet, but not unctuous or flabby - it could work as an aperitif or an after dinner or on its own. Loads of pear. Nice acidity masked by the light sweetness. Great drink: I now have another great after dinner / on its own wine and will track how it ages. This was drinking well, and I don't know enough about the wine to know if it will get any better.
