August 4, 2019 - I've been drinking Trocken German wines and I'm glad I switched and checked on how this is doing. The answer is really good. Petrol, and lemon on the nose. Beautiful big mouthfeel, with a light sweetness powered by good acidity, unripe pear and yes stone fruit (I don't like reaching for esoteric fruit, but this is the right one). Long, long finish. Drinking really well, but certainly more time to go. I'll be interested if this gets better.
