  August 2, 2019 - Massive nose of blackberry and cassis with notes of leather and tobacco; on palate smooth, refined, elegant, but closed, tannic, though not excessive, and somewhat tight; obviously young but still pleasing and graceful; long finish though ever so slightly vapid at the end
